I have a complete kitchen drawn with countertop. Why don't all the cab's show up on wall view? Only one or two will show. (I am refering to the wall view when you ask to associate an item to the wall). What gives??

Make sure you have all the cabinets associated to the wall you are viewing in elevation view and not to an adjacent wall.
