There are some 3D objects that end in .esa. My computer does not recognize this ending. Does anyone have any idea how I can access these objects.

Those are ecabinets assembly files.
Put them in your eCabinets/Assemblies folder and view them in the cabinet/Assembly editor

Now that I placed them into the assemblies folder, I saw that I have quite a few other ones.
