controller question

i have a problem loading this room cabinets. the problem is that when i load the program i get an error message and do youwant to send it. so loaded each part separately and found that the doors won't load. i'm using 36 on the controller. i tried to load 38 and had problems loading it. i did talk to someone up in dale about it and said to keep running on 36. i did do a trial run before al this happened and the door did run. i'm using mdf changed it to the material i needed put an interior profile on it. really straight forward. now i'm stumped.
