pulls/knobs on display doors

I have come across a few different cabinets that I need to use dispay doors as opposed to creating them in the door/drawer editor for the lack of a partition (blind corner applications) and can't seem to find a way to place a pull or knob on the display door any tricks out there? Mark.

Just click the Load Item icon like you were loading a cabinet but click the Vendor Items radio button instead of Cabinets.
