Curved Doors

Hi Guys,

How do people go about creating curved doors? I know you can use a cube but this wont go through to the router will it? Is there ways of doing this?

Create a material with the same thickness that will be used for machining the curved doors. Use that material to create a display panel (not cube), which will nest.
