Tooling Problem 2

Post by leigh mills »

Hi guys

I managed to sort out my tooling problem which I posted previously, to do this I had to change the tool slightly.

Anyway I have attached the new tool as I am now facing a different scenario, my tool works fine for a centre rout but I am having difficulties with the edge. I can do a 90° corner fine, but on some of our doors we have curves, the door I'm trying at the moment has a 4mm radius on all corners and my tool won’t work with this.

Can someone tell me if there is a way around this?

Thanks,

Leigh

Hi Leigh, you should be able to select chain as a cutpath, and adjust your comp to place the bit where you like.

Hello Rick

I have just tried what you instructed and still have had no response from the tool.
