Thermwood customer ID .........ASAP please !!

I need to machine a carving for a customer and I do not have enough credits, when I try to add some I get something like : "Unexpected error.........". The only way we found to get around this issue is to create a new account everytime I need to buy credits wich is really a pain......Anyway, I need my Thermwood customer Id to achieve this and I lost it so could anyone at Thermwood email this to me please ??? aspecdaniel@sogetel.net or daniel.fecteau@aspec.ca I left couples of voice mail to a couple of you guys at Thermwood all week but no answer yet.......... I need this asap........
