Hey How's it going?
Just wondering now that thermwood sell fravol banders, if we got 1 and had a prob with it can we just email thermwood with the prob ( like we do with ecab and machine) to help us since i dont think there is any here in NZ. And what about training with the new bander. Do thermwood come out and set it up?

If you buy a Bander from us and had any questions or issues with it, you would call in to the service department at Thermwood and speak with Chris Hopf. We will also come out to set them up and work on them if needed.
