Expired

Post by Mike Hogan »

Finally got the registration code and attempted to run the program and got a message that said this version had expired. What does this mean? Called the number , and of course, no one answered. I hope running the system is not as difficult as getting into the system. Can anyone help me?

You need to download and install the latest update. See the sticky at the top of this forum for a link to the download.

Mike,

Sorry for the trouble getting in contact with us. For future reference, our switchboard operator is here from 7:00AM to 4:00PM Central Time (Chicago, Dallas, St. Louis) and those are generally the hours for nearly everyone here.

In the future, eCabinet Systems support hotline number is 877-880-4638 (U.S. and Canada only) option 2. There you would at least be able to leave a message outside those hours.
