wrong hinge cups operation
We usedn instutional hinge for the first time on eCabs and the hinge cup is driled wrong on the left doot, the right door is fine. The center of the hinge cup needs to be 12.5mm from the edge of the door which means that the pocket for the hinge cup is not a full circle. I have tried every trick i know to fix this, but unseccessfully.

Re: wrong hinge cups operation
Can you post the actual ptn pattern file? This will help in trying to resolve this issue. Thank you.

Re: wrong hinge cups operation
The issue is being caused because the hole pattern is extending past the edge of the door. Are you wanting the hole pattern to extend past like that?

Re: wrong hinge cups operation
Yes i am. The hinge is seen even when the door is closed!
I have a new problem now too. I am doing a regular cabiner with euro hinges 4mm from the edge. Everything looks good until i nest it on the CN. It does not want to cut hinge cups!!!
I got the nest export attached, but i cannot attach the job for some reason!

Re: wrong hinge cups operation
Right now, if a hole pattern violates the outer edge of a door, it will reverse the pattern on the left door. This should be corrected in the next patch. I'm looking into the second issue now and will let you know what I find.

Re: wrong hinge cups operation
The problem with the second cabinet not cutting the pockets is your tooling operation 10. You have it set for tool 2 with a diameter of 1.378 and drill only.
