Hi,
I was talking to somone at IWF about an issue I am having with rendering. The file works fine for you guys, so it is a hardware issue and I was told probably need a better Graphic card. My PC is AGP, so the recommended card will not work. Will a card using the ATI HD2400 chipset with 512MB memory do the trick?

Judging from the prices and customer reviews on Newegg, I would be skeptical of this card. It may offer improvements though, depending on what card you have in there now. According to one reviewer AGP is no longer supported by ATI, so if you have problems you may be left out in the cold.
