HOOPS Error Message

HOOPS Error Message
I am getting the following error message "An error occured while loading HOOPS information from the saved file." when I try to open a job created by another E-Cabs user (another shop). We are both running the most current version 5.2 build 2. Any suggestions?

Was this job zipped when it was sent to you? If not have them zip it, then save it to your computer and unzip it. This should fix it.
