Where is my shopping cart?

Where is my shopping cart?

I am still learning the ecab system. I have never used the shopping cart. I know the shopping cart icon used to be on the tool bar and accessible from the job format but I can no longer find it. I was trying to add drawer slides and hinges to my cost list but can not find my shopping cart. Please help.
