How's it going?
Just wondering when we nest jobs we cut 4mm and 12mm and 18mm and sumtimes in a nest 25mm. Any way that we can tick a box to say that we want the 25mm cut in 2 passes like 2 @ 12mm? That would help alot if we could, rather than nest the 25mm by its self with a double pass.
Cheers

Re: Nesting
Thom,
If you have Control Nesting V5.47 you can set a max penetration for each operation in the tooling section. This lets you set the amount of material that the router will take off on each pass. Using this feature with the tool groups feature will allow you to set up a group for your thicker materials so it can make double passes at your desired thickness and still cut the thinner materials using the default group settings. Hope this helps.
