Grooved Flat panel doors - 5 piece

Is there a way to produce a v- grooved flat panel door - 5 piece style?

Not really without a lot of effort like creating display panels and taking them to the part editor and applying moulding patterns. Another option which would allow you to save and resize at least, is to use a cabinet with all parts deleted except the backer which can also be treated appropriately in the part editor applying constraints etc. The resulting panel can be brought in to create an assembly.
