Hello,
I am new to eCainets and I have been modifying cabinets into basic bookcases to figure out this program, but I have encountered a problem that I'm not sure how to adjust with the face framing. I have a stepback bookcase that I need face frame on and I am not sure how to change the depth for the top area of the bookcase's face frame. I have tried adjusting construction settings, but then it does not allow for varying face frame dimensions to fit the entire bookcase.
I'm sure that the solution is pretty simple, but i have hit a wall and would like to know how to fix it.
I have attached the file.
Thanks

But the problem is that when I build this bookcase the two sides are each one board; so in this program i just cut them in the part editor to give the sides the correct dimensions. It is not two cabinets, one cabinet stacked on top of the other, but rather it is built as one continuation.
Here is a cabinet I built using negative insets and taking the cabinet into the part editor so the left and right end are one continuous piece. The bottom face frame part is a separate cabinet that had everything deleted except the face frame then the two cabinets were saved as an assembly like Dan was saying. I started with the standard tall face frame cabinet. The measurements will probably not be what you had but hopefully this will get you started.
