Cyrstal Reports Crashing

When I try to print labels from eCabinets after I've performed a nesting operation, Crystal Reports does a run-time error crash and promptly exits. I'm trying to perform a flip operation and I can't get to the barcode numbers to tell it which part to load.

I'm running Windows XP SP3 on a Dell Optiplex with 4GB RAM, 2.6Ghz processor. Nothing is running in the background except Internet Explorer and file explorer. Any thoughts? Is there a later version of Crystal Reports I need to download for this to not crash?
