Here are a couple of 5 piece doors that I recently did. All parts were Cut on a 3 axis 45. I wasn't able to design them with ecabs or use the door jig, but most anything is possible.
They go in a conversion "greyhound" type bus that I'm just finishing up. Lot's of fun and lot's of cussing!!!

Ray,
That is too nice. I would like to be able to do that someday. Thanks for sharing.

Ray,
Nice work. How did you bend the wood, or were the rails cut from solid stock and the panel coopered?

All the parts were cut from solid stock. Glue ups. Alot of waste and machine time.

Re: 5 piece doors recently cut and hung
Jay, those are some beautiful doors!
I recently did some 1/4 round display cabinets (no doors) for a kitchen and used my CNC to cut the bending forms for the cabinet rails.
The CNC cut all the bending form parts out of 3/4" MDF in about 5 minutes and then I simply screwed them together. The next day I had perfectly shaped rails. I use plastic resin glue when gluing the 1/16" thick pieces of wood together as this has eliminated spring back problems I had with yellow or white glues.
It used to take me several hours to create the template pattern, bandsaw and route all the pieces and then assemble them. Now I have no problems with doing bent form lamination projects as the bending forms are created right from the original CAD drawings and TONS of time is saved.
The last time I did curved doors I used the barrel makers coopering method of gluing up boards then used a grinder and lots of sanding to final form and smooth the doors. They turned out pretty nice.
