unable to download ecab frameless closet library

Hi, I'm a newby to ecabs. I am trying to download the ecab libraries and have downloaded sevral with no problem, but when i try to download the frameless closet libray, the system shows an error and will not let me download it. This is not good for me because i planned to use ecabs for my closet work.

The error that appears is .... "internal error 2753. launch pdf.vbs"

Can anybody help me figure out what needs to be done to correct this?

Hi Duncan,

Are you trying to download the frameless closet library (47 items) or the frameless 32mm system closet library (98 items)? I tried the first one by saving it to my desktop and then installed it from there and it worked for me.

Let me know if this works?

Thank you for replying to my post. The progrm will not let me open the frameless closet libray(47 items) to save it to my desk top. I have had no problem with any of the other libraries. That seems to be always the way, you can get the rest, but the one you want you can't get!

I have resolved the problem. When the custom setup window opens for the installation, I had to click on the icon and manually select save to hard drive.

Strange that all the other libraries did it automaticly.
