Thermwood offers equipment ideal for high-speed machining and trimming of aluminum and other non-ferrous metals in both three axis and five axis configurations. These systems address a wide variety of application from mold and pattern machining to honeycomb core to nested sheet machining to hydroform trimming. Envelope sizes form five foot by five foot to over sixty feet long are available as standard machines with high-speed spindles up to twenty horsepower.

All weldments are fully stress relieved and the final machine is laser calibrated to assure accuracy, including three-dimensional volumetric compensation, a feature not generally available from other systems in this market.
