LSAM Auxiliary File Downloads
This is a collection of auxiliary items that may be useful for various tasks or functions for an LSAM machine. This may include items such as program files to help aid in dialing in melt configurations to unique custom actions or special macros to perform unique tasks. Thermwood Corp. makes no guarantees and is not responsible for the use or misuse of these auxiliary files.
LSAM_Feed Rate Profile-003.NC This program file is used for the material qualification process on an LSAM 40mm melt core system. This program aids in defining the feed rate profile which defines the bead width/thickness relationship to the melt pump. Further use and setup instructions are in the header of the file. This program file supports any bead width and thickness combination. LSAM_Starts-n-Stops_Y_(.83 X .2 Bead)-001.NC This program file is used for the material qualification process on an LSAM 40mm melt core system. This program aids in setting the start and stop behavior for the melt core specifically for the .83” wide x .2” thick bead size. This includes the ability to dynamically change the lead-in value, end overlap percent, and melt pump on/off setting. Further use and setup instructions are in the header of the file. LSAM_Starts-n-Stops_Y_(.4 X .125 Bead)-001.NC This program file is used for the material qualification process on an LSAM 40mm melt core system. This program aids in setting the start and stop behavior for the melt core specifically for the .40” wide x .125” thick bead size. This includes the ability to dynamically change the lead-in value, end overlap percent, and melt pump on/off setting. Further use and setup instructions are in the header of the file. LSAM_Feed Rate Profile--60mm Core-001.NC This program file is used for the material qualification process on an LSAM 60mm melt core system. This program aids in defining the feed rate profile which defines the bead width/thickness relationship to the melt pump. Designed for a .2” thickness bead only. Further use and setup instructions are in the header of the file. Spindle_ON_Ask_RPM.zip This custom action provides the ability to turn on the LSAM trim side programmable router spindle (and most Thermwood single router spindle machines) and allow an rpm to be defined. It will default to and display the currently set program rpm when launched and allows it to be changed or continue with the currently active rpm. (This custom action is ONLY for the trim side of an LSAM) Requires unzipping this downloaded file and then performing an Import from the Manage Custom Actions dialog on the trim side control system and choosing the Spindle_ON_Ask_RPM.cadb file. Once the import is performed, copy the Spindle_ON_Ask_RPM.SUB file into the SUBS directory on trim side control.
