Re: Add drawer with recessed shelf and partition

Thanks Scott, I first added the partition at 3/4" inset then adjusted the partition to 1.5" inset, added the fixed shelves on the left then the right, when I seen the little gap I assumed it was caused by the 3/8" dado depth that when I added the right side the two hit. I don't know i...

Add drawer with recessed shelf and partition

I get asked to make some strange stuff, like this, a tool chest for gun tools. I am needing to add small drawers but the shelves and partition are recessed and when I select the area I can not select just one area for one drawer. How can I select just one area? The bottom drawers select correctly, I...

Re: joinery between 2 cabinets in an assembly

As far as I have seen, No, unless you take the parts in and add the cuts manually in part editor

Forrest Chapman wrote:Tim, until then you can make a RTA hole pattern that is just a slot and apply it. It will cut it as a dado.

Rotate Geometry pattern

I created a back with some geometry and saved it, now I want to apply the geometry to a stretcher but I need to rotate one of them.
Is it possible??

Re: Countertop

Go back to top editor and delete that top, then create a new top, see what happens

Re: Countertop

If you select the top you should be able to move it down.

The only way I can think it installed this way is if you have 2 base cabinets next to each other and they are not the same height, when you create the top it will ask you what height to install at.

Re: Countertop

Check to make sure your cabinet is not setting a couple inches below the floor.
If your cabinet is associated to a wall, go to the wall view and select that cabinet.
Look at position on wall, make sure bottom is not a negative number.

Re: How to determine exact material thickness used before

Load your TWD file in the link, nest it, then go into add sheet - there you can see the material and the thickness of what you used
