yes I have updated the video card and it remains the same.

this just started happening after the microsoft anniversary update. the line drawing editor will not show measurements. i have attached a jpg of it. i tried to adjust the grid settings, turned it off and on with the same result. any ideas? thanks for you help

sorry it took so long to get back to you. thanks for your suggestion but I do not use Google drive. Any other ideas?

I just downloaded 6.0 build 14 and when I try to install I get the following message:
Error 1326. Error getting file security:
C:\Programdata\Documents\GetLastError: 5

i have attached the install log. let me know what is happening. thanks.

Could someone please tell me why when i go to export labels in the nesting area it tells me \" ERROR IN FILE\" MISSING OR OUT-OF-DATE EXPORT DLL. I have the latest update 6.0 build 4. Also, it says I'm running crystal report 7.0 runtime. i have read all previous posts but none helped.

Thanks for the quick reply. I have several questions.
1. Where do I find Crystal Reports? I looked in ecab directory and my docs and settings but found nothing. All the printing works, so it must be there.
2. Where do I find the RPT file the nest created? Name of file? Directory?

I read the following topic from Dan. I am having this problem. Where can i get a cpre32.dll ver 10.5.x.x? I have ver 8.5. Thanks.

I had already downloaded that update and installed it. So i downloaded your update file and uninstalled the previous update and reinstalled with your download and the same error resulted.

The only file I could find is ecab update.exe. It's size is 0 kb and when I try to run it windows says it is not a valid win 32 application. Is this the file you mean? It was the only one with update in it. Thanks for your help.

when i open ecab, the program checked to see if an update is needed before the program opens. then, after the update check an error message appears (see attachment) and says failed to create empty document. now i can't get into the program. what do i need to do to correct this? thanks for your ...
