Do we receive discounts through Thermwood if items that are not in the program such as mullion door from Conastoga? This what we did early on in the program an wandered if that is still available?

Can anyone give me a cost on creating a DXF file or any other type file that could be used on a Thermwood CNC to cut out a molding profile like the attached file? The height of the molding would be 5" (the attached picture outside height dimension of blue lines will be 5") with the pattern running ...

Do we need a CD to reload software or can it be done through download?

We are purchasing a new laptop with Intel i5 processor 2.5 G, 6G ddr3,2G video, windows 7 home 64Bit. What files do we need to copy from our desktop, which is operating XP, so we have our material data etc?

Can you desiginate left dadoe on one partiotion and right on another in same cabinet? First time we really have looked at this, because we always used the cut sheet and did everthing inhouse. Now we have the opportunity to use a member to cut parts for us. We have a micro cabinet over cooktop ...

The ESJ file that was sent is Beta 2.3,not from 5.1, otherwise we would'nt have posted the message in this forum.

Is anyone else using a dual core for their computor? We are having trouble in 5.1 in custom layout area running slow and getting error messages (out of memory).
Athalon 64-2 dual core with 1 gig of ram and Invidia 7600 512meg video card

Is anyone using Melamine 3/4" for thier framed cabinets with blind dadoes and if so what are you setting your fit clearences ? We have been using .03 for plywood, but not sure on the Melamine. Also with blind dado are you using ROOGlue white for melamine or just carpenters glue.
