A Recent Kitchen
Here is a recent kitchen made of maple. It was a complete remodel. Frosted glass with flipper hinges help stow away items above the upper cabinets.

How many cabinet makers out there?
Alright,
I have been away from the forum for a long time (wasn't sure I remembered my password :D ) and I decided to visit the customer images corner. Doesn't seem like much activity. Is this true? How many of you from the early days are still around, still building cabinets with ecab? And how is ...

Re: What is a open GL driver
If my understanding is correct, an open GL driver refers to a driver that uses code permitted in that particular format. It's like this, the developers say these are the standards that we want to be able to use and these standards act as a common language when software wants to talk to the hardware ...

Yeah, it does.
I don't want to give the impression that I think that you're always going to get good people to work for (meaning: yeah, you have complete creative license and I'm going to pay you on time, and oh yes, here's bonus to thank you in advance for your hard work). But I think that you ...

Re: putting doors on a cab is crashing software
Never mind. I had conflicting .dll's and a hotfix took care of it. if anyone else is having this problem here's a link to the Microsoft knowledge base with an article on how to correct it.

That's great.
My mother-in-law lives in Missoula, MT and one year for my birthday she bought me a vintage bamboo rod in its original case. I think I cried. I get it out every now and then put it together and go down to the creek just to feel it in my hands. And while I dearly love my other rods ...

Looks nice. I'm sure that you'll spend more time there.
What about the rest of the house? If your like me, the houses I've lived in get transformed one room at a time, and when you get the last one done it's time to move to another--ten years later. Time for that garage sale

Here in Kenosha, there are a lot of basements that people want updated. I've gotten a lot of business that way. I do the one-of-a-kinds as well as all the other stuff. On my proposals I have a stipulation that the estimate is good for 7 days after that the price is ...

What's your plan for the walls? Will you try to integrate some woodworking along with the design? How did you arrive at your design. Can't wait to see the finished product.

Re: all guitar players past and present
I'm one of the lucky ones. My dad played and after he died I inherited his '65 D28. After doing some research I found out that it would be really difficult to find a "good" used one without shelling out a lot of buckos. The finish on the guitar has crazed and I planned on refinishing it, but my ...

putting doors on a cab is crashing software
I just recently updated to the latest build and while putting doors on the system lock up. I'm developing a cabinet, erasing the doors, attempting to put other doors on then ecabs crashes and has to close down. Why is this doing this? I'm using just a straightforward framed cabinet from the library ...

Great Tech Help
I wanted to mention what a pleasant experience it is working with the techs for the ecabs software. I recently had a hard-drive meltdown and had to reinstall the program--only, I was running into a problem with the registration, some rediculous certificate revocation or something like that. I ...
