Actually I hadn't spotted that difference!
Tried changing the room LOD to 9 on the working .ini file just to see if it was that causing the problem and it still works, so that doesn't seem to be it.

I'm guessing it's something to do with all those extra settings (in the red box) that ...

Thanks for your help, however I do realise there are ways you can do it for each individual cabinet; however most of our cabinets come in different heights. This means that someone will have to remember each time to check that the adjustable shelf holes don't go too high or too low ...

When we have a unit which requires adjustable shelves the spacing of the holes we would like should be something like the circled holes at the top of the pitcutre attached. No matter how many shelves are added.
