Hello Jerry,
If you go to the eCabinetsystems website, you should be able to download several types of carvings. Here's the link. http://www.ecabinetsystems.com/ecabinet ... ograms.htm
Hope this helps and wishing you a great day!

Re: Control RAM
Hello Kerry,
To answer your question....no, there shouldn't be any problem or reason for you not to add more RAM to the machine control computer. Any questions can be directed to our Technical Service Dept. (800) 221 3865.
Hope this helps.

Re: ISO30 and CAT30
Hello Forrest,
They are not the same. The CAT30 tapers are utilized for CNC mills, not routers. I don't think the CAT30 tapers have the threads at the end of the taper for the retention knob

Hello Kerry!
Nice work, but I'm curious, is that a typical Texas shutter?
PS. Hope this message finds you well.

Hello Rob,
Thermwood's Gen2 control should be able to nest and cut the files if they are a layered dxf. As for as how that's done, you'll need to contact our service dept and ask for a programming assistance.

Re: Model 40
Hello Kerry,
The CS40 model is still available, and there are no limitations other than it is a little slower than the CS43 model, and the floor space you mentioned. The CS40 demand has been reduced somewhat since one can buy the CS43 for much money and has better performance.

Sub contracting edge banding services
We have a customer wanting to subcontract edgebanding services (buying a new Fravol) What's the normal rate charged? Is it quoted by the linear foot? I assume the price varies depending on the type of banding?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Made me smile...and thought I'd share. :D
An elderly man in Southern Indiana owned a large
farm for several years. He had a large pond in the back,
fixed up nice; picnic tables, horseshoe courts, and some
apple and peach trees. The pond was properly shaped and
fixed up for swimming when it was built.

Re: Unknown story about Henry Ford
Fords have bi-level controls? I thought that's how they saved some money and the reason they're in better financial shape than GM and Chrysler.
