Align problems
I downloaded the frameless cabinet library 001. When I load the 001 Island wall I see six cutouts in the back. I took the back into the parts editor and removed the holes. When I return to the main editor, the back is out of place, one of the edges is aligned on the origin. I cannot get the back to ...

Re: E cab vs Planits Solid
Gary,
The download and the install went smooth and finished with out a glitch. My Solid is now a year out of support so I am left with the update CD's. The last update CD blew the whole system and it took an online tech 6 hours to get me running again so I really don't want to open that can of worms ...

E cab vs Planits Solid
I download the latest and greatest ECabs and now I have a problem with Solid. Every time I start Solid or open a file or ask for a report, Ecabs tries to start the update all over again. I click cancel and the install goes away for awhile. I get an error code 1706 when I cancel the install. I ...

Assemblies
Dear Guru's
I am climbing the learning curve and have found that an assembly won't resize all of the parts when the main cabinet is changed.
It is bad enough to have to load a cabinet in a room, take it out, resize and put it back in when a flyout would let you do it right in the room. When you ...

Re: What Would You Like to See in Design Sharing?
Kerry,
This thread is about a year old and I was wondering how the program has done since then.
It would be interesting to know how many members belong to the forum, how many have purchased a library, what is the best selling library, how many new libraries have been added ?
I don't know a whole lot ...

Re: Plastic laminate
Rick,
I took a base cabinet, shortened the sides so they flush to the deck and top, inserted a partition, changed the sides to laminate, changed the partition to one inch plywood, set the cabinet width to 1 1/16 " and I now have a toilet Partition Panel that I can stick to a wall and resize it at ...

Thanks Kerry,
I am trying to turn a cabinet into a Toilet Partition for my commercial estimates. I took two base cabinets and deleted everything but the sides. Made one cabinet out of 1/2" ply and the other out of !/16 laminate. Shrunk them down to !" in width and 1 !/8' . Did an align to zero and I ...

Kerry F,
I did and it is exactly what I was trying to accomplish. I thank you and I really appreciate the effort.
What I would like to know is how you did it?

I did as you suggested on my plastic laminate problem. I took the backs out of two cabinets, made one into one inch plywood and the other into laminate. Did an align and that worked so saved it as a cabinet and brought it back in, OOps, only one of them came in so did it again and saved them ...

Greetings One and All,

I have one of the high end cabinet design programs that produces wonderful pictures of cabinets set in a proposed kitchen. It would be a great sales tool if I did residential work. Which I don't ...
