Well I downloaded the program to a cd and tried to install, still receiving the 1720 error code. Any other sugestions?

I have rebuilt the wmi repository and still no such luck. Something I forgot to mention. Since I do not have high speed at my location I saved the file to a thumb drive from another computer.
