im having same issue i put the locked dado tennon gap at 0 and it does a flip op but only does the dado on the shelf at about 1 to 2mm deep which is painfull for us so ive just gone back to doing 100% dado and getting the assemblers to drill hole in the dado if there was a way to get around this ...
