trying to insert a dbx into a 4 inch opening in cab,every time I do it says I have not selected a default drawer box,but I have.i go into dbx editor anyway to select default and program crashes and boots me off...

do u have the available cabinet libraries from therm. corp downloaded in ur ecab program libraries?

havnt heard back after sending email with attatchments on why parts are being nested at a 45 degree angle.any ideas?

I have no doubt these guys are the best.they work with nasa for cryin out loud!! I only posted after calling in 2 diff times.jeff was very helpful.i just didn't want to have to keep opening up the q core repeatedly.i love this machine and the softrware.i also understand that these are massive ...

recently encountered "error 25" when opening thm supercontrol.was instructed previously by thm tech to pull motherboard and re insert.did so and problem solved.this morning I have same problem when opening program.is this an ongoing problem that needs a fix or am I having to take side panel off ...

I have a usb cord from my laptop to my qcore.i go to backup/restore ,I see where u can select a backup directory,but not sure where qcore is or what its called.its an external hard drive I understand but what do I select as my directory?

the backs of my cabinets are being nested with grain wrong direction.i have my material identified that it has grain and all backs on my drawings are vertical and I never rotated the grain on any of them yet my machine kept nesting them with horizontal grain.i closed nested cabs and reloaded...still ...

drawer fronts not appearing on buy list.doors,harware all there but df not present although they are on cabinet....???

after rendering custom layout I try to print and ecab program closes automatically????but It allows me to print layout unrendered.
