I am searching for a vendor interested in machining disks for a commercial mobile project. The disks are constructed of 1/4\" architectural plywood with different japenese characters cut out of each. See attachment for general idea.
Disks would be 8\", 12\", 16\" diameter with an aproximate quantity of 10 in each size.
What file type and information would be required to produce?
I would appreciate any feedback and budgetary pricing.
Thanks,
Henry McElvery

Henry,
I would be interested in your project also. I also have a laser that may be a better way to go. Would 3mm russian birch work for your material? or does it need to be 1/4\"? I have both but the 3mm is excellent to work with, is very strong and less expensive.
My office is 281-586-8830 ext 2

We would also be interested in this project. We have a Thermwood CNC router, one CNC laser with a 4' X 8' table and one smaller laser. Check out our work at http://www.woodgraphix.com
