off fall nesting over parts

off fall nesting over parts

I have been running into a nesting issue where the off fall from my machine is cutting into my parts when it outlines. Sometimes it shows on the sheet printouts and sometimes it doesn't. This is becoming costly as it mainly happens on finished end material. Does anyone have any suggestions? Attatched is the twd. file for a looksee.

Please post your machine.ini & tools.thm They are located in the c:\\Rolling Nest directory.
