White oak vanity with glaze and distress, all bead was done on the CNC. By the way, what tool do you use to machine those bead on a CNC ?

Just yesturday, I designed a bead tool to cut the doors and DF's and faceframe all out of one pc of MDF for a paint grade Dresser. I haven't tried it yet on the router. I would like to see the tool use used so I can compare.

Dan...

In cutting the beads on the CNC do you have fixturing to hold down the hardwood? I'm assuming unless you have a beaded cutter you would have to model the bead with a ballnose (?)

BTW - the vanity looks great!

I used a Whiteside # 1572 point round over 1/4\" , but I recently ordered a 3/16\"so my bead will look like my shaper bead better.
