Ver, Very, Very new to the software.

I have had the software for a while now. I have looked at it in the past in a very limited fashion. I build closet built-ins. Much like your cabinets, these are very custom products. I would very much like to use this software as I think that it would be a great addition to my business. How would you sugest I learn the package. As I am not building cabinets per se, how should I try to start incorporating this into my designs. Obvisouly, I need to learn the product. I am just not sure that learning the product from a cabinet perspective would work. I do not see how starting from a cabinet object would be the correct way to go. Maybe I am wrong.

Tom,
I have built many closet organizers with the software.
What ever the closet item is it starts as a box.
Most likely frameless, maybe without doors or a back, but a box no less.
You can modify existing frameless cabinets to represent anything in a closet.
Save these as your seed pieces in a different library and size as needed when placing them in a closet.
It just takes some time with the software. Imagination or a clear vision of what you want to make is the start.
Take a frameless cabinet make it 14\" deep, 72\" tall and 48\" wide, remove the back and doors, add 1 fixed shelf, remove the deck, add 2 nailers, add 2 poles and you can hang your closes in it.
They all start as boxes.

Kerry has a very nice Closet Library that would get you ahead.
Here are the standard cabinet in the program
A-(Standard Cabinets) that are in the program that you Start with.
B-Your (Construction Settings) in the program
C-Some of the things you can do with the (Construction Settings)
My personal opinion is \"if you picture it in your mind you can build it in E-Cabinets\".

Ya'll are just sorry. I have procrastinated the last four or five months saying that it would not work in eCabinets. Well, you guys have pretty much layed out a plan for me to begin with. Now, I dont have an excuse I guess.....Thanks a bunch guys.....Let you all know how it turns out.
