cant get this to cut write...profile modeler chews on it for awhile then freezes up..

Nemanja,

I've had some very detailed mouldings in PM that I thought had frozen up but it was just taking a loooooooong time. Try it again and just leave it alone for 20 minutes or so. It's worth a shot.

Brian is correct, to verify this I set the step over to a to .125 and it took a no time to verify the tool path or write the code. I'm sure this would not produce a good cut.

I'm cutting it now. I left it for about 45 minutes and set my step to 0.001, because first time i cut it the step was 0.01 and the cut was far from good. I'll let you now hov it turns out!

The part looks great, CNC gave me a litle trouble, but i think that eCabinets is the cause. There is some corupted files! :evil:
