Al,
Give your toe kick a left or right or both negative inset that is equal to the thickness of your end material. This will lengthen the kick enough to cut the miter so your cut list will be correct.

I just realized that I don't have to worry about setting a full dado in the Left and Right Construction pull-down boxes, as the toe kick now penetrates fully.
I was having a hard time visualizing it, although it WAS right in front of me...
NOW I can cut the toe kick confidently.
Two follow-up questions:
1. Would \"full dado\" then be the correct spec if one were to cut on a CNC machine?
2. Or, better yet, would \"miter\" as a joint selection be better for the toe kick in a future build for eCabs to hide the end grain?

We had to use the \"full dado\" trick in earlier versions of the software because there wasn't the \"Inset\" feature. The full dado was the only way to lengthen the kick. That is no longer the case.

Just for kicks, I also tried setting the joint to Blind Dado AND the offsets. This yields a funky joint, into which one could insert a lock key... I don't think any client would want THAT in THEIR kitchens. Don't know whether to laugh or cry... But it must be part of the learning curve, I imagine.
