I just noticed today that a job we ran last friday ended up not doing any machining on the right ends, it strictly cut out a rectangular piece the size the gable was to be? This only happened on my upper cabinets, not my lowers, does anyone know what could be up?? I have tried just nest the one cabinet, but no go. I will attach the .hsf, we need a fix asap because this is really holding up production!
checked it out and no matter what I do, I can't get the right gable to show any of the cuts on it. It only shows up as an outline in the nest. I have exhausted all my tricks trying to make it work and still no luck.
Unfortunately, most of the guys that might be able to fix this will all be on vacation today (4th of July). Hopefully one of the non-American forum users can figure it out if you can't wait.
Thanks everyone for there input , I forgot that it was July 4th, well I'm going to try to remove the edgebanding like joe said and see what happens. Thanks again!
Hi Jeff, I went into global settings and reentered your global parameters did a no change on material clicked ok and resaved seemed to work hope it helps Mike
Hi again Jeff, I just noticed looking at your cab after the fact that the dado was not cut on the left end of your deck.Back to the drawing board I guess
Jeff, that happened on my last job except that only the base right ends were affected. Good to hear there's a fix coming down the pike. It's a real PITA to fix manually! I'm just glad I didn't use blind dado construction on that one!
