I have a job that has a couple of countertops that I can cannot get to load. When I created the tops I changed the image from the marble to a formica color. This top material, however is not a saved material in the define material area. The job saved OK, but when I try to load the job, a box pops up declaring that the top material is not found. I tried to add the material, but the thickness is locked at -91230000. The material cannot be added with a zero (or negative) thickness. I am also unable to select an alternate material as there are no choices in the dropdown box. Please Help!!
Thanks, Jon

Re: Counter top problems
Sometimes stuff happens. But now you know how to build them quickly, based on your notes, drawings, etc.Jon Dieterlen wrote:...The job saved OK, but when I try to load the job, a box pops up declaring that the top material is not found. You can edit the countertop as follows:
1. In the Custom Layout/Detail Room, double-click on the countertop to highlight it
2. Right-click and select Countertop/Edit Countertop
3. NOW you can select an image to apply
You can create a texture sub-directory within the materials folder of eCabinet Systems and add your own images, from which you select the the material image to apply. I provide an example using alder, for example. It be anything you can imagine.
