Part Edit Problem?

I'm finding some tops that have editing on them tends to shrink the tenon.any work around would be appreciated

Need some more information

What build are you in?
How did you create your part editor cuts?
Were they created from closed contour?
Did you cut to a certain depth or were they cut through?
Did you flip the view before you made the cuts?

I am unable to reproduce this. Are those cabinets saved in that state or can you reproduce this from scratch. I can remove the part editor cuts then re add them without the tenons shrinking.
