Make sure you click the eCabinets window to bring it into the foreground before you press ctrl-F11.

Yes Ctrl + F11 .. It saves only in the whole screen mode ONLY ..
Otherwise it gives me the message "No file Loaded - Use File open menu" Message

Rob,
I think you are wanting Irfanview to save just the line drawing and not all of your menu bars etc. and it won't do that. It is like using the Pint Screen key on your keyboard.
I think the Client area is where you have your window that you want to capture not covering the whole screen. It will just capture your window and not the desktop behind the window but you will still have all the menu and tool bars showing. You would have to crop the image to get just the line drawing.
I would call or email Thermwood directly to see what can be done.

That is correct...full screen is just that, everything that you see on your monitor. Foreground window is only the active window and client area is the active window minus the border and title bar.

Bear in mind that I used a different screen capture program (Snag It) and the client area capture does not have the icon bar but with Irfanview it will be there.
