I designed my basecabs at 23.75 depth so ends and decks would \"stack\" two-across on a 48-wide sheet.
Now I see they don't. What's up here?

I just took the default of 1/2\". This is being shipped out via email as a production sharing job.

Do you get the same nest with the 1/2\" taken out?

keep in mind that the machine wants to run your outline tool all the way around each part. so the part generally starts a bit inside the sheet, and has the diamater of the outline tool plus a bit between each part. also depends on whether you have it set to nest horizontally or vertically.
