Michael, are you talking about an mdf door? It can be done in the part editor using a slab door not a mdf. You can edit slabs but none of the other doors. It is much easier to use a .dxf. If you need more info just let me know.

Is this what you're looking for? 2 1/4\" stiles & rails, 35mm cup hinge holes in the back as well.
AFAIK, this will nest. And probably take a lot of time to actually cut.
