Puzzle Joint Face Frames
It's happened to me twice now where I've drawn a face frame cabinet and sent it to the machine and the machine doesn't cut the puzzle joints on the right stile. After viewing the eCabinets file again, it is not displaying the puzzle joint on the right side (all the settings says it should). I have to go in and turn the face frames off, then turn them back on and reset all the settings and they appear again. When I save it and resend to the machine, it cuts them this time. Any thoughts?
I really don't want to have to look at every cabinet and explode the view to ensure it is showing all the joints correctly that it is suppose to have.
If I'm not doing something right, I don't know what it is.
Thanks!

Here you go, Justin. I've had it happen on more than one cabinet, but it seems to affect only the top and bottom rails on the right side of the face frame. Thanks.

This is what I have found so far. It you delete the top drawer w/ drawer box. The puzzle joint dados reappears. You readd the drawer w/ drawer box with the default settings. They go away again. If I regen the cabinet and check the size of the drawer boxes and the top drawer box is taller than the bottom two. If I readd the top drawer w/ drawer box with the drawer box height min inc set to the same height as the other drawer boxes (6.5416\") and set the right and left inset for the dbx .25. Every thing works fine. At the moment, it seems to be some problem with the drawer box. Not for sure on this, but I will keep looking deeper.
Also instead of going to the cabinet editor and exploding the cabinet to check if the dado is there, you can load the cabinet in batch and nest it. If the dado is missing in the nest, you know you have a problem with that cabinet before you go to the machine.
