Need more info Sam. What exactly is happening (or not happening)? Are you saving the cut list as an Excel workbook or opening it from the export dialog?

Dan at the top of my eCabinet cut list is gives me the option to transfer the cutlist to Exciel and thats what I do and get nothing. I would like to modify some of my demision numbers on the eCabinet cutlist and thought doing it on Exciel would be the answer.
When will your website be up and providing us dummies with videos and tutorials?

Do you do the export to Excel as in the first image and then get the dialog as in the second image?

Dan I click on "export to excil" and when it gets there there is a heading like the heading at the top of the eCabinet cutlist and thats all. Dan if Excil will not allow me to modify my numbers there is no need wasting your time
thanks

I think I see what's happening. You are seeing the first image, right? Click the Sheet Stock tab at the bottom of the page (second image).

Sam,

If you Export your cutlist to Excel, then use the Save command that Dan shows above to save it to your computer, when you open it in excel you should be able to sort it and modify numbers till your hearts content.

Everything that is in the cut list will be in the Excel spreadsheet. There will be a tab at the bottom for each category in the cutlist.
