Can anyone help me with placing counter tops? I have a cabinet with a dishwasher next to it with a finished end next to the dishwasher. I was unable to take the top across the dishwasher. How do I do that?
There are a few different ways to da that. The one a use the most is to make my panel out of a side of a cabinet instead of regular panel.
Take a cabinet and delete all the other parts except one side. Size it to the desired dimensions and change it to the material you are using.
Hope this help.

John, take a frameless cabinet and delete all the parts except the left side. Now create a new material and name it Do Not Cut, make the material thickness .001. You can assign this material to the frameless cabinet and it will be paper thin and not show up in your drawing. Place the thin cabinet where you want it and apply your end panel to it. You may have to drag a box over the area you placed it, because you probably will not see it unless you zoom in very close. Now that you have this cabinet in place the counter top editor will pick up on it and allow you to place the counter tops. Also change the width of the cabinet to .010 so that it will not interfere with the dishwasher placement.
Thanks everyone for the advice. I used a standard base cabinet and placed a 3/4 oak left end on it with a one inch frame and a zero toe kick and no left scribe then deleted the rest of the cabinet. I then saved it as a dishwasher panel to use at any given time. I also placed a 2 inch frame on it then saved it also. I did this for a right dishwasher panel as well. It worked out nicely.
Thanks for the advice. I had not noticed the overhang box. That is what Lamar was talking about also I believe. I will have to do that so that I will have another way of doing it. You guys are a real big help. I really appreciate the forums.
