bring your cabinet back into the cabinet editor and click your down arrow to lay the cab on its back. Now click on the display panel to turn it green w/hash marks. Change your "move increments" to 3/4 and hold down your shift key and click the up arrow one time. The display board will move out .75"

As for the oval cut out, just go into the parts editor and use two 3pt arches conecting each other to create the oval cut out.
