been playing with the constraint manager to drill for some pulls ( I just notice that you cannot associate drill pattern to cabinet pulls). The issue I have is that it doesn't seem that I can get them centered in the drawer fronts. I am attaching the file which. I know that I have too many constraints but that's just to check the result of the formula. Please, check the top drawer, it's where I started from.
I got your idea. The thing that I don't understand is why when I have the height for the wholes set to h/2 when I take constraints from the top and then the bottom shows 0.039" difference (on the picture 2.979 and 2.94 on the bottom). All formulas seem to be right but when you double check they seem wrong. Should I ignore that difference and should I assume that the wholes are centered if I know that the formulas as right?

Thrust me Damon, when that difference is in the middle and it's making these 128mm bigger or smaller you will notice. The last thing I want is some of the cabinet makers trying to make the wholes bigger.

Actually, it is 0.9906mm, not 128mm but that is not the answer to your question.
Are you pulling both dimensions from the center of the holes?
What is the diameter of the holes?
What is the width and height of the part (drawer front)?
I downloaded the file you posted and the holes are different sizes plus, they cannot be measured for some reason. Do you have an updated file (maybe the one in your dimension image) that you can post?

I see what you mean. I thought it might have been the EB on the drawerfront, so I took an MDF drawerfront and tried the same thing. I got the same inconsistent results. I have contacted our programmers and they are looking into the H/2 equation. We think this is where the problem is occuring. I will keep you posted on our findings.
The drawer front shows three different dimensions depending on where you are.
Here are three images of the same part from the Cabinet Editor, Constraint Manager and Line Drawing Editor with the dimensions circled. I confirmed that the part has no edge banding either.
The problem is the edgebanding. If you zoom in real tight and measure the slab minus the edge banding vs the overall size of the drawer with the edgebanding, there is a .0394 difference. The edgebanding has a thickness even though the dimensions of the edgebanding is 0" thick.
Dan, I think you had your measurement in the wrong location. I get the same in LDE and in the Cabinet editor. The CM just doesn't recognise the edgebanding because there is not a thickness associated with the banding. It is set to 0"
