Got my lights sorted, now I would like to make my doors totaly from sheets stock using mdf for the stiles and rails and using a flat 9mm mdf panel. is this possible and would it be included in the costings,

Yup, if you look at the MDF as a board stock (Linear Measure, Board Foot Pricing). It just wont nest like sheet stock. Pull up a cut list for this cab, and you will see how it shows.

Crikey, yea thats just what I want, but I'm blowed if I can figure out how you did it. I don't seem to have the Conestoga/Shaker style option in my door selection?? Where do I start?

I have done the same thing with MDF doors but in order to get a material quanity and pricing I had to create 2 board stock items one for the styles and rails and one for the panels. I figured the cubic inches in a sheet of 3/4 MDF and figured my costing per bd/ft that way won't nest but if I add 10% to the total bd ft needed it seems to work out close. I cut strips of material for the rails etc and it gives me the cut size for the panels.
