Re: DWG
Wow, yes thats just what I wanted, couple of things though, it seems to have taken on a different orientation ie. a mirror image of the original? so only fits in the room with the door facing the wall! the other thing is I would really love to know how you did it.
Many thanks
Simon

Re: DWG
Simon,
You must get your .dwg converted to .stl (Stereo Lithography)format.
If you have something that will save or export the .dwg as .stl then do that.
If you don't have something that will save or export as .stl then you will need to download Accutrans 3D from Micro Mouse (price is $20 US)
You must then save your .dwg as a .dxf
Open the .dxf in Accutrans and choose save with options.
Select .stl format to save your file and in the dialog that pops up check to adjust the center point and then click the Center XYZ button. (this insures that your object will rotate properly in eCabinets
Save the file as a .stl then open it in the eCabinets Display Part Editor
Choose a texture and select texture matching.
Make any other appearance changes you want then click to save and create a new folder to save your object to or save it in an existing folder from the drop down menu
You now have a display object.
